PADI Divemasters are respected dive professionals who are aligned with the largest and most respected dive organization in the world – PADI.
The PADI Rescue Diver course prepares you to deal with dive emergencies, minor and major, using a variety of techniques. Through knowledge development and rescue exercises, you learn what to look for and how to respond. During rescue scenarios, you put into practice your knowledge and skills. Topics include:
Recognizing and managing stress in other divers
Emergency management and equipment
Rescuing panicked divers
Rescuing unresponsive divers
Emergency First Response training focuses on building confidence in lay rescuers and increasing their willingness to respond when faced with a medical emergency. Course participants learn simple to follow steps for emergency care and practice applying skills in a nonstressful learning environment.
EFR courses meet the CPR and first aid training requirements for the PADI Rescue Diver course and all professional-level ratings
Learn PADI Specialties. Each Specialty gives you a chance to learn more about the aquatic environment and improve your diving abilities and knowledge. Enriched Air allows the divers to dive for longer and decrease surface intervals making the most out of your experience. Other specialties will challenge you and put you on track if you decide to move up to the MASTER DIVER level or go straight to the Professional level.
